The following terms of service are only applicable to online purchases.
The products listed on the Anchipamall website have clearly indicated the supplier name and product model. Please carefully check the product model and supplier information before placing the order. If the wrong model is used for its own reasons, Anchipmall will not accept the return and exchange requirements. After the user successfully places an order, Anchipmall will directly purchase from the customer's designated supplier according to the order requirements (if the supplier has no source of supply, our purchaser will change the purchase supplier by itself if the price and delivery time are equal) Please understand without prior notice.)
After-sales service acceptance conditions
- If the actual number of received goods is incorrect, the model does not match, and the product quality problem needs to be returned or exchanged, the application for return and exchange can be filed within two weeks after receiving the goods.
- For return and exchange products, please be sure to keep the original original packaging (including the outer packaging and inner filling) and ensure that the goods are in good condition. The goods label is the only evidence for the return of the Anchipmall. If it is lost, it will not be returned.
- If the application for return is due to product quality problems, the customer shall provide a detailed English version of the performance test report as the basis for negotiation between Anxin Mall and the supplier. If necessary, a third-party English test report approved by both parties is required.
After-sales service is not accepted
- The original packaging and cargo label of the product are missing.
- Products that have been used/tested on the machine.
- The receipt time is more than two weeks (subject to the date of express delivery).
- Mistakes made by the customer's own reasons.
